2. What bemypresent is
A service for creating digital gifts with photos and messages, and sharing them with a link or a QR code. How it's used, what each plan includes and what content isn't allowed is set out in the terms of use. What we do with personal data is in the privacy policy.
3. Intellectual property
The design, templates, text, illustrations, logo and code of bemypresent belong to the owner or are used under license. They may not be copied or reused outside the service without permission.
What each person uploads to their gift (photos, text, names) remains theirs: we only use it to store it and show it to whoever has the link.
4. User content
Each gift is created by its author, who is responsible for what they publish. We don't review gifts before they're published, but we remove illegal content, or content that breaks the terms, as soon as we become aware of it.
If you see a gift with illegal content or content that affects you (for example, photos of you without your permission), use the “Report this gift” link at the end or write to us at with its link.
5. Liability
We do our best to keep the service running at all times and without errors, but we can't guarantee it: there may be outages for maintenance or for reasons beyond our control. We aren't liable for damages caused by misuse of the service or by content published by users.
6. Governing law
This website is governed by Spanish law. If you're a consumer, you can go to the courts where you live.
